So, to assess the situation better, there is need of more info. E.g. where you would like to improve or be good in. What do you know already? what are your experiences? So do not make an ad here for your CV now, just a short info, so we know, where to categorize you (ups, such a bad word but you know patterns help to make the world easier).
So, to give you a few areas in advance (just in case): more about processes, management, test tools, design techniques, skills,... There are much more, but better you tell, where you want to become professional, so we can guide.
BTW: who says, that we are experts, perhaps you can guide too? Remember: life is too short to learn everything, we focus mostly in some few areas in our life/profession, so we can learn from each other a lot of things.
Just take for example Socrates, he always said: I know that I know nothing. And he was right. Always discussing with other people helps a lot (to improve). Did you read my notes at the main page about the chain reaction? Together people can achieve big things (imagine: for India the 15th August was very powerful - do you think, one person alone could have achieved this?).
